Designed for convenient year-round use, this all-in-one system cools, heats, circulates, filters, and sanitizes your plunge water—helping you maintain a cleaner, more consistent experience with less daily maintenance.
With a cooling range down to 36°F (2°C) and heating up to 104°F (40°C), the chiller gives you the flexibility to prepare everything from a crisp recovery plunge to comfortably heated water. Its integrated control panel makes temperature adjustments simple, while optional Wi-Fi connectivity lets you manage temperature, operating mode, and schedules from your phone.
Precise Cooling and Heating
Select your preferred temperature and let the chiller do the work. Three operating modes provide greater flexibility:
- Cooling mode for cold-plunge use
- Heating mode for warmer water or system flushing
- Auto mode to maintain a selected target temperature
For reference, a typical cold-plunge temperature is approximately 41°F, although your preferred setting can be adjusted directly from the control panel.
Built-In Water Care
The integrated filtration and sanitation system continuously supports cleaner, fresher water. A built-in circulation pump moves water through the system, while the replaceable filter helps capture debris and body oils.
The automatic ozone sanitizer operates in recurring cycles to help maintain water freshness between uses.
Smart Control From Your Phone
Connect the chiller to a compatible 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network using the Smart Life app. From your phone, you can:
- Adjust the water temperature
- Switch between cooling, heating, and automatic modes
- Create operating schedules
- Monitor the current water temperature
Designed for Convenient Installation
The chiller connects to your plunge using two water hoses and operates from a standard 110–120V / 60Hz power supply. Four caster wheels make it easier to position the unit, while the self-priming pump simplifies water circulation during startup.
For proper airflow and performance, the chiller should be installed on a flat, stable surface in a well-ventilated location.

Important Care Information
The chiller must be flushed before its first use to remove protective residue from the titanium heat exchanger. For continued performance, inspect the filter monthly, replace it approximately every three months, and complete a deeper cleaning every two to three months.
Water must never be allowed to freeze inside the unit. During freezing conditions, either keep the chiller powered with the circulation pump running or completely drain and store the unit dry.
Our Scandinavian outdoor saunas, shipped from our Canadian warehouse, are delivered right to your curb. We'll call you when your sauna is ready to ship and then email you the tracking details. The transport company will then contact you to schedule delivery once it reaches their local terminal.
Included with the delivery:
Sauna Crate
You'll receive a crate with the sauna materials. The delivery driver may assist in lowering the crate, but you'll need tools to open it and at least two people to unload the components. This typically takes about 30 - 45 minutes.
Glass Window (if applicable):
If you've ordered a special glass back, it'll arrive on a separate pallet. We try to synchronize the delivery of both items, but they may come separately. Check and note any missing items on delivery paperwork.
Sauna heater, rocks and controls:
When shipped with your sauna, they will arrive on a separate pallet. If they’re shipped directly from the manufacturer, we'll provide tracking information and coordinate the delivery timing of the heater with your sauna.
Accessories:
Basic sauna accessories will arrive with your sauna. Other items like LED lights or salt panels are shipped separately and may arrive without needing a signature.
Delivery Paperwork:
Before signing, ensure all items listed are received and take photos of the crate/pallets. This helps us assist you if there are missing or damaged items.
* If you're located in a remote area or a place where standard delivery trucks might have difficulty accessing, please inform us. We'll work out a specialized delivery plan for you, though this may require additional shipping charges. *
